Legal obligation — We have to collect or use your information to comply with the law. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.
Legitimate interests — We are collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. Dr Mohammad Tamimi processes personal information to provide private general medical care to patients. This includes recording and reviewing health information shared during consultations in order to assess, diagnose, and advise on medical conditions, and to maintain continuity of care over time. The processing is limited to what is necessary for that purpose, is handled with the highest standards of confidentiality, and is not used for any commercial purpose. The benefit to patient health and safety significantly outweighs any privacy risk, which is mitigated by appropriate security measures and strict access controls.
Vital interests — Collecting or using the information is needed when someone's physical or mental health or wellbeing is at urgent or serious risk. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object and the right to portability.
